Whether it's under the open sky in a park, by a tranquil lake, or in a garden oasis, our outdoor classes invite you to connect with nature while nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

 

Hybrid Experience 

Can't make it in person? No worries! Our classes are hybrid, allowing you to join either in person or online from the comfort of your own space. For those attending in person, please note that classes are recorded live, ensuring that our online community can participate via pre-recorded sessions later at their convenience. (Videos will be posted to YouTube for viewing and participation)

 

Inclusive Donation-Based Model
